I help people who are just getting started with an exercise routine, and those who want to improve their current training regime, whether they are avid runners, beginners at the gym, or more experienced weight lifters. I help people manage their niggly bodies and provide helpful tools to aid in their recovery. Being able to self-manage your body is your RIGHT and your RESPONSIBILITY. I’m a huge fan of preventing injuries and pain symptoms from getting worse, all the while making improvements along the way. I think this notion of self-management and injury prevention is undervalued in the health and fitness industry because everyone is obsessed with "losing weight" that they've lost sight of the value of a fully functioning body.
