Personal Branding for Business Owners, Coaches and Consultants

Organiser: Business Station
26 March 2020, Thursday
10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Level: Intermediate

Stand out amidst the noise. You need to have a recognisable personal brand to garner the referrals and support your endeavour needs to grow.
Social Media has allowed us to get to know the Business Owner better than ever – and we expect it.

It is no longer beneficial to sit behind your logo and just run the business. Greater success is achieved being out front – branding your business as your own as you build your networks.

Many can find this idea either exciting or overwhelming and invasive.

You do not need to be a walking hashtag to have an impactful brand.

Join me at this workshop to embrace the exciting opportunities presented by building your Personal Brand online with:

Understanding your brand and is it a fit?

Digital Footprint – Google thyself! What to do with what you find.

Social Media Profiles – tips and hints around completing them to best represent you.

Content and posts – having a consistent voice that represents your values.

Media – contributing to podcasts, articles and leveraging traditional media online.

Images and Video – the need for consistent imagery – what does yours say about you?

Your Personal Brand is best described at whatever someone says about you after you have left the room – and as we take this online – we need to ask ourselves what impression we make with our online interactions?

Social Media is no longer something we ‘do’ – as you build your brand these platforms offer you the opportunity to show who you ‘are’.

This workshop is brought to you by Business Station and AusIndustry under the ASBAS Digital Solutions Program

Sharron Attwood

I have a passion for helping people to achieve greater clarity around their personal brand—inside and out—and to ensure they have the mind-set in place to put the best version of themselves out in the world, be they returning to work, running a business, employed or, exiting the prison system, where I regularly presents.

With a background in corporate and as a small business owner, I know first-hand the power that lay in effectively establishing your networks to leverage your personal and business brand and have completed further training and gained the qualifications to support her sharing this assertion. I have coached hundreds of business owners and their teams in the art of great networking for increased connection and referrals.

As an established speaker and presenter, I have been interviewed on 6PR, Business Radio 101 and Twin Cities FM, HIT FM, Curtin FM, Launceston FM, 7SD FM, Territory FM, as well as the Key To Authority Podcast series. A co-author of the Amazon best seller – “Sell Your Story”, I have gone on to write a regular column on Networking for Swan Magazine and edit their ‘Social Pages’ as well as contributing to The West Australian.

I am a regular contributor on Channel Nine’s ‘The Pulse’ segment within Nine Live News and on 6PRs’s News Panel. I am the host and producer of ‘Business Tonight’ for 88.5FM – a weekly business talk show.

What makes it all come together though, Is the opportunity to work with business owners ready to stand out for all the right reasons.
