Biography

Darren Ellis has over 30 years’ experience in Professional Accounting, Management, I.T. Systems Design & Development and Shared Service delivery for groups and individual businesses. Darren has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Edith Cowan University in W.A. and is a qualified CPA along with being a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management W.A. (FAIM) and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Darren was the co-founder and managing director of Minfos a Pharmacy ERP solution founded in 1988 and sold in 2003. Minfos provided accounting services and software to pharmacies Australia wide and is still prospering today. In 2004 Darren joined Professional Pharmacy Services (PPS) who provided shared services and marketing brand support services to a group of over 50 pharmacies Australia wide.

After a restructure of PPS in 2018, Darren saw the opportunity to mentor and coach other small to medium business owners through Eagle Shared Services for Pharmacy, Retail and Service industries. Darren’s approach to business is about turning your business from hard word to an investment working for you.
