Biography

Being passionate about the welfare of our pets, and animals in general, I established Pet Friends in 1995. I was a working partner in my husband's business and mother of two young children at the time. In the 25 years since I am proud to say Pet Friends has grown from strength to strength, now employing 15 staff catering for clients across metropolitan Perth. In 2012 I took over The Poop Scoop Service, which has experienced close to 10% growth annually.
I believe in equal and fair treatment for all. I care about my clients and my staff and endeavour always to find a satisfactory solution to any issue presented to me. Should I find myself unable to cater for a client's specific needs I will search outside the square and try to offer alternatives through other businesses in the industry. I feel it important for small business owners to be inclusive and supportive of each other.
